The food was fast and delicious. A simple menu but all the favorites and a large selection of burgers. Good sides choices. VERY affordable (practically free coffee) and they serve right up to closing. Made a fresh pot of coffee just for me. Right next to a very popular ice cream spot too so if you were already stopping at Strickland's (like we were) grab your food here first! Not disappointed in that decision at all! Decor is a little dated, handmade but that's NOT what's important in a restaurant at all. Food and service were great.
We just ate breakfast here for the second time. We decided we don't need to go anywhere else for breakfast. We got right in, ordered fast and got our food in about 10 minutes. And the waitress is super friendly, fast and refilled our drinks without asking. Thanks! See you soon.
I don't get the negative reviews here. Wife and I went here for the first time and had an excellent experience! Tammy greeted us nicely and gave great advice as to what was good at the moment... and she wasn't wrong! My Mike Tyson burger, with added lettuce and tomatoes, was delicious, the lightly breaded fries were nicely seasoned and the baked beans, with onions and green peppers, were excellent. My wife had the Mushroom Swiss burger with lightly breaded potato wedges and an outstanding broccoli salad. We will return to this diner, gladly!
Well worth the visit. Great food at extremely reasonable prices. I had the Italian sub which had a lot of flavor and was not to big. Just the right size for a meal. The staff was very attentive and took great care of me. Erica the owner is a wonderful person who cares about her customers and staff. Thank you Erica.
Really - for a small dive restaurant it's a good place to eat - sometimes great, sometimes just okay. Breakfast is always fresh and made to order. If your looking for anything fancy - move on to the more bougie restaurants. If ya stick it out - you'll be full and happy!
